At it's time, this was hands down one of the best ITX boards on the market for AM4. Cheaper than the X470 counterparts and better in both design and quality than the other B450 boards, it was basically in a class of one. Today, it still holds up very well. From humble beginnings with a Ryzen 5 2600, it now houses a Ryzen 7 5800X3D without issue.

To think you could get a board like this for just $150 a few years ago...

Has done the job since 2019 but the LEDs on the backside are very fragile, one has fallen off already and another came dead out of the box.

Absolutely amazing MOBO, came with all the wires I needed and the wifi worked great until I got an ethernet connection. Bios is super easy to use and it is a Strix board so obviously build quality is pretty good.

Little BEAST. Bought it for a deal on Ebay years prior and had it ever since.

(The B550-I / X570-I certainly has more- new- features and so I would recommend that over this currently.)

Got it through an offer on Ebay, so far no issues, feature rich and with 2 SSD slots.

No complains, it's a good MoBo. Only thing I changed is the wireless card, the realtek was not bad but I purchased an Intel AX200 to have Wi-Fi 6 (Even though I'm always using a wired connection) and Bluetooth 5.1

Pretty solid little motherboard with all the bells and whistles you'd need. Unfortunately, mine came with some damage on the back out of the box. Asus pinned it on me and charged over a $100 for the repair. Docking stars for the unacceptable customer service.

from completed build NZXT Black Edition

As great a value for this B-450 board is there are some issues. The board randomly stopped recognizing the top two sata ports therefore forcing me to use the two crammed in between the gpu and the ram. Might be some pathing issues. I would have gone with an M.2, but One of the reasons I bought this case was to mount an ssd on the side of the shroud. Also, there is no cmos reset button on this board although the pins are conveniently places on the edge of the board. Lastly, there is only one usb 2.0 header. Luckly, since I had the commander pro, I had two added usb 2.0 headers. Overall, the board is good quality and is aesthetically pleasing. This board has one cpu fan header and two system fan headers which is nice if your not going the Corsair route like me.

from completed build My very black microwave

Does the job, got everything I needed. The HD audio connector is annoyingly placed, as the cable runs over/against the SSD heatsink. Otherwise the board is well laid out. For a board supposed to have premium audio, the lack of optical out is annoying for me though!
